These Terms of Use govern your use of RippleFX, an audio enhancement application published by Sarang Audio. By using RippleFX you agree to these terms, together with applicable terms imposed by Apple's App Store.
1. About RippleFX
RippleFX provides locally processed audio effects such as bass boosting, graphic equalization, headphone-specific AutoEQ, spatial effects, reverb, pitch and preamp adjustment. Availability and behavior may vary by device, operating system, connected audio output, content and third-party app.
2. License
Your use of RippleFX is subject to Apple's applicable standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a different EULA is provided within the App Store listing. These Terms address additional information about RippleFX's services, usage, free access and support. Read Apple's standard EULA.
3. Complimentary access period
RippleFX may make its effects available for a limited complimentary access period. The duration and any relevant eligibility conditions are presented within the app. When that period expires, paid functionality may become unavailable until you explicitly complete a purchase.
Expiry of complimentary access does not automatically activate a subscription or charge you. A purchase requires an affirmative action by you through Apple's purchase interface.
4. Paid purchases and subscriptions
RippleFX may offer paid options, which can include subscriptions or other purchases as presented in the app. You can review the price, duration and conditions before confirming a purchase in the App Store purchase flow. If you explicitly choose an auto-renewable subscription, it may renew automatically under the terms shown at purchase until you cancel it through your Apple account settings. Such renewals are distinct from the complimentary access period described above.
5. Cancellation, refunds and restoration
App Store payments, refund requests, subscription management and cancellation are governed by Apple's purchase processes and applicable rules. You can manage eligible subscriptions in your Apple account settings. When supported, previously purchased access can be restored through RippleFX's Restore Purchases function while using the Apple account associated with the purchase.
6. Audio routing and compatibility
System-wide enhancement requires RippleFX to be selected as an available audio output destination in a compatible app or system interface. It does not automatically process every sound from every app. Services including Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, TIDAL and Deezer are independently operated. Their availability, routing behavior, or features may change independently of RippleFX, and their names do not imply endorsement or partnership.
7. Safe listening
Volume increases, bass boosts, preamp gain and other effects can produce high listening levels or audible distortion on some equipment. Use responsible volume levels, especially with headphones. You are responsible for choosing suitable settings and for following relevant device and hearing-safety guidance.
8. Availability and changes
We may update RippleFX, its supported features and compatibility to maintain or improve the application. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted use, unchanged third-party integrations or compatibility with all devices and content.
9. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any non-excludable consumer rights, RippleFX is provided without guarantees of suitability for any particular listening equipment or content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
RippleFX, the SarangAudio name, original software, interface and associated creative assets are owned by their respective rightsholders. Third-party service names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms. The latest version will be available on this page, along with its effective date. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice.
