RippleFX is a music and audio enhancement application for iPhone and iPad published by Sarang Audio ("we", "our" or "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use RippleFX and its associated website.
1. Audio processing
RippleFX performs its audio effects processing locally on your device. Your audio is not uploaded to our servers for sound enhancement. RippleFX does not need to create an account for its core audio functionality.
2. App information and preferences
Sound settings such as equalizer preferences, effect selections and headphone profile choices may be retained locally on your device so your preferred configuration can be restored. These settings are used to operate the app.
3. Analytics and advertising
RippleFX does not include third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers within the app. Your device or Apple may independently provide operating-system diagnostics according to your Apple settings and policies; those are not third-party analytics SDKs integrated into RippleFX.
4. Purchases
Paid access is handled through Apple's App Store purchasing system. We do not collect your payment card details. Apple processes purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. The app may use purchase status supplied by Apple's purchase services to determine which features you can access.
5. Website and hosting data
When you visit sarangaudio.com, our hosting provider may process technical connection information such as your IP address, browser details and request timestamps for site delivery, security and operational logs. This is separate from RippleFX's on-device audio processing.
6. Contacting support
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your email address and message content. We use this information to answer your inquiry and may retain correspondence for reasonable support and record-keeping purposes. Do not send recordings, passwords or financial details unless specifically needed and requested through a suitable secure channel.
7. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Data voluntarily sent through support may be accessible to the email and infrastructure providers needed to deliver that service. Locally stored app preferences generally remain on your device until you change or remove them, subject to iOS storage and backup behavior. Hosting and email records are retained according to our operational needs and the relevant service providers' policies.
8. Your choices
You can change local audio settings within RippleFX. To ask about information you have shared with support or request deletion of that correspondence where applicable, contact us using the email address below. We may need to retain limited records when required by law or for legitimate operational reasons.
9. Children
RippleFX is a general-purpose audio utility and is not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support, please contact us.
10. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, our practices or applicable requirements. The current version will be published at this URL with its updated effective date.
