Frequently asked questions
What does system-wide audio enhancement mean?
RippleFX is designed to apply effects to audio from supported apps after you choose RippleFX as the audio output destination. It does not automatically intercept every sound on the iPhone.
Why isn't my music being enhanced?
Check that the source app is playing audio, that its output picker is set to RippleFX, and that the RippleFX main effects switch is enabled. Verify that your trial or purchase access is active when applicable.
Does RippleFX work with Spotify and Apple Music?
The app is designed for supported music services and routes, including workflows for Apple Music and Spotify. Actual compatibility depends on the app, selected device and available output destinations. More compatibility details will be published at launch.
What EQ controls are included?
RippleFX offers 8-band and 16-band equalizers, sound presets and custom fine-tuning. Its additional effects include Bass Boost, AutoEQ, Spatial Surround, Pitch, Reverb and Preamp.
